Tuom Garlic Sauce
This stuff packs a punch! Heavy garlic flavor, a bit of lemon. Deb loves it on Fried Plantains, and most everything else. She even used it on her Filet Mignon. It's not difficult if you follow some basic steps.
Cesar Salad Dressing
I've not found a bottled Cesar Salad dressing as good as this homemade version. It's easy and it doesn't contain egg yolks. You absolutely must use the real Parmesan cheese, not the stuff from a can. Give it a try - it has plenty of flavor !!
White BBQ Sauce
I had a white BBQ with the smoked Turkey at Rodney's in Charleston and it was fabulous. I was fortunate enough to participate in a cooking class with Rodney, where he shared this recipe. It's outstanding with Chicken, or Turkey or anything really.
Blue Cheese dressing
I love a good blue cheese dressing, but they are hard to find at the grocery store. I've found I can make it myself much better and the secret is to melt some blue cheese first.
