Ingredients
- 3 - 6.5 oz canned chopped clams
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 2 slices bacon chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth or vegetable broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 lb of potatoes diced (can be red, or idaho or whatever)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 heaping tbs Flour
- 2 tbs butter
