Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 10 tbs butter
- 8 oz dark or semi sweet chocolate
Cookware
- I use small ramekins that are more than enough for 1 person.
Steps
- Preheat oven to 425f
- Butter or spray 6 ramekins for easy removal
- Melt chocolate with butter in a microwave
- add flour and sugar to the mixture and mix.
- add eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth
- Pour into ramekins about 2/3rd to 3/4 full. I generally get 4-5 out of this recipe
- Bake on a sheet pan for 14 minutes. Edges should be firm and center runny. Invert onto a plate and serve with Ice cream.
