Ingredients
- 1-2 chicken breasts sliced thinly
- For Marinade :
- 1 tbs Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Tbs fish sauce
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- Sauce :
- 1 1/2 tsp dark soy
- 2 Tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- For assembly :
- 1 can bean sprouts blanched in boiling water for 30 seconds and drained
- 1 lb stir fry noodles
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 2 green onions chopped into 2 inch pieces
- 1 fried egg for each serving
- Siracha to taste

Steps
- Combine Marinate ingredients and stir, add chicken cover and refrigerate until ready to cook.
- Combine sauce ingredients and set aside.
- Add vegetable oil to a Wok over medium high heat
- Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds
- Add chicken to the Wok and stir until cooked through.
- Add Sauce, Bean Sprouts, Green onion and noodles and stir to combine.
- To serve : Place noodles/chicken onto a plate and top with a fried egg and roasted crushed peanuts
