- 3 oz spicy Italian Sausage or you could just do 6 oz either spicy or regular
- 3 oz regular Italian Sauce
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 tbs tomato paste
- 6 oz mushrooms (can be cremini, shitake, button, whatever you like) sliced
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Romano
- 8 fresh basil leaves
- 8 oz Fusilli pasta
- 4 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- salt and fresh cracked Pepper
