Ingredients
- 2 flat bread or Naan Bread
- 1 small log goat cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 3/4 cup fig jam (or I made my own by grinding figs in a food processor)
- Prosciutto (as much as you like)
- 1 tomato sliced very thin
- Salt/Pepper to taste
- Good balsamic vinegar or balsamic vinegar glaze
