- 2 1/2 cups Chicken Stock
- 3/4 Cup Chopped Celery
- 3/4 cup Chopped Onion
- 3/4 cup Chopped Carrots
- 4 tbs butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cream or half and half
- 1/4 cup cognac
- 1 package puff pastry, thaw according to directions and then roll out to 1/4 inch.
- 1/2 cup frozen peas (optional)
- 1 egg whipped with 1 tbs water
