Ingredients
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 large fennel bulb, chopped
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 - 14 oz can petite diced tomatoes
- 2 - 15 oz can Cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 10 oz bunch of kale
- 2-3 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 chicken Italian sausages (can substitute real also)
