Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs of course ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 can medium heat Rotel
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1/2 can of beer (your choice, whatever you drink)
- 1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 tbs cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 3 tbs chili powder (I use 1 1/2 tbs of Ancho Chili powder, and another 1 1/2 tbs of mexican chili powder)
- 1 tbs vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- fresh cracked pepper
