Key Lime Pie

Key Lime Pie


  • 6 egg yolks
  • 2 14 oz cans of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 store bought graham cracker crust
  • 3/4 cup key lime juice

This key lime pie is tart, light fluffy and packs a ton of flavor.


  • Preheat oven to 375F
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the condensed Milk until smooth.
  • Add the key lime juice and beat until it almost doubles in size.
  • Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust and bake for 15 mins.
  • Let cool on the counter for 15 mins before putting in the refrigerator.
  • Serve cold with whipped cream (if you like it).
