Sweet and Sour Chicken

Had a taste for some Asian food today, and we haven't made this dish in a very long time. I've been making it for years and have adapted the chili oil to our taste. Add more if you like it HOT. Italian Meatballs and Sauce

Had a taste for meat balls today, and I haven't made these much since Kyle moved to Denver. He used to enjoy meatball subs a lot. Deb decided to have it with zucchini pasta, and I had mine on a hoagie roll, topped with Mozzarella cheese. If you decide on the hoagie, just make the meatballs and sauce, add to the hoagie and bake until the cheese has melted. It was great, hit the spot, and very little effort.
