Had a taste for some Asian food today, and we haven't made this dish in a very long time. I've been making it for years and have adapted the chili oil to our taste.
Add more if you like it HOT. This is full of flavor and easy to make. The only time consuming part is frying the chicken. Once again, I forgot to take a picture.
Had a taste for meat balls today, and I haven't made these much since Kyle moved to Denver. He used to enjoy meatball subs a lot. Deb decided to have it with zucchini pasta, and I had mine on a hoagie roll, topped with Mozzarella cheese. If you decide on the hoagie, just make the meatballs and sauce, add to the hoagie and bake until the cheese has melted. It was great, hit the spot, and very little effort.
We ate pretty unhealthy yesterday (Holman and Finch Cheese burger), so needed to make something a bit healthier. This recipe is quite good and very healthy.
Had a taste for BBQ, but wanted to make it a bit healthier today. Pulled leg quarters are great in a sandwich or alone if you don't like the carbs. I've been using Sweet Baby Rays sauce, and a great dry rub I bought in Hilton Head called "Good Shit". The meat literally falls off the bone and has great flavor from the smoke, and then the sauce.
Ok, it's not really a daily dish, but I'm making these as an appetizer for Easter ! Full of flavor, enjoy !
